How Can severe Numbness In The Face And Neck Be Treated?

I just had a MRI of my brain because I have numbness in the side of my left face. I m currently seeing a pain specialist for my neck. I have C-4 and C-5 Athrijewtisis had a MRI and a bone spur is pinching the nerve in my neck causing burning pain in the left side of my head and down my arm. He was concerned about the numbness in my neck. The brain scan showed few nonspecific T2/ flair hyperintense foci within the supratentorial white matter. He said liklly relates to mild chronic ischemic white matter changes. I also have a mucous retention cyst seen in the sphenoid sinus. I m starting to freak out!! I don t have high blood pressure or diabetic. I do have headaches, which I thought were just my sinus problem, which is terrible. I did donate a Kidney back in 7 years ago to my sister. Should I be worried?
